Refunds
Our candles are hand-rolled to order and we do not allow refunds. Under certain circumstances we will do an exchange. Contact oakforestJAC@outlook.com
Please include the order number, name on the order and reason for exchange request. If the exchange is approved the item to be exchanged must be returned. Once item is received the new item will be shipped. You will be responsible for the shipping cost for the item you are returning.
Gift cards and sale items are not refundable or returnable.
